How to register and pay for an age grade player

Open up https://gms.rfu.com/GMS and Click on “Create New Account”

To set up your account you need to complete the following quick steps:

• Complete the form and then set up a password
• Validate your email which RFU will send to your inbox
• Click “Find a Club” and search for Lewes

Please first create your own account as the parent/guardian before creating an account for your child.

Once you have created your account you can then add a family member (such as your child),

Both you and your child will have a RFU id number, but that does not mean anyone’s registered yet.

Go to your child’s profile and click on Register as Age Grade Player, making sure that

• Medical Notes
• Emergency contact
• Required waivers
• School details

are all completed.

Now on your child’s profile and click on “Buy Membership”

Choose the payment option you require

Click on “Checkout”

Click on “Pay Now”

Fill in your bank details

PLEASE NOTE: Just as membership needs to be paid in subsequent seasons, so, too, the player’s registration should be renewed at the start of each season by clicking on “Renew Registration” on their GMS profile. However, please wait until August to do, this as the RFU season doesn’t start till then.

The login details you have created -user name (normally your email) and password – can be used on this club website too.

 Adult Playing Membership

How to register and pay as an adult player

Open up https://gms.rfu.com/GMS

Click on “Create New Account”

To set up your account you need to complete the following quick steps:

• Complete the form and then set up a password

• Click “Find a Club” and search for Lewes

Once you have created your account you can then click on Register as Player (Adult)

Now registered you can click on “Buy Membership”

Choose the payment option you require

Click on “Checkout”

Click on “Pay Now”

Fill in your bank details
